Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled 72hrs - 24hrs before appointment time have $0 cost. 23hrs - 12hrs will be charged 50% cost of service(s). 11hrs - 1hr or “no-show” appointments will be charged 100% total cost of service(s). For Example: Scheduled Appointment; Dec.10th at 10am Cancellation Policy: Dec. 7th 10am - Dec. 9th 10am. 0% cost of service(s) Dec. 9th 11am - Dec. 9th 10pm. 50% cost of service(s) Dec. 9th 11pm - Dec. 10th 9am. 100% cost of service(s) "NO SHOW" - 100% of cost service(s)
